Delivery
- Greece: 3,50€ – free shipping on all orders over 150,00€
- Cyprus and rest of Europe: 15,00€ – free shipping on all orders over 250,00€
- Cash on delivery: 3,00€ – option applies only on orders within Greece
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out your return note, with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange and make sure that your return note and your receipt are placed in your parcel. You can send your returns by any chosen carrier. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
Returns policy
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
- Returned items will be refunded excluding shipping charges.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely.
- Please email the tracking number on your label to info@eto.gr
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to us within 14 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. If it was Cash On Delivery you will receive the amount via bank transfer.
Our regular online return and exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods too.
